Privacy notice

This notice covers the website at cloudadorn.com. Client data we process during an engagement is governed by the contract and data processing agreement for that engagement, not by this page.

Effective: 6 August 2026 · Last reviewed: 6 August 2026

Who we are

Cloudadorn Technology Solutions Inc., 11380 Southbridge Pkwy, Suite # 232, Alpharetta, GA 30022, USA. For any question about this notice, email info@cloudadorn.com or call +1 (678) 208 5818 during office hours (Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST).

What this site collects

Reading this website collects nothing. There is no account system, no database behind the pages, and no script that reports your visit anywhere.

Specifically, and deliberately:

  • No analytics provider. No Google Analytics, no tag manager, no product-analytics SDK, no session recording, no heatmaps. The site's own code contains an event layer, but it is inert: with no provider configured — and none is configured today — calling it does nothing and sends nothing.
  • No third-party scripts or embeds. No chat widget, no social embeds, no advertising pixels.
  • No externally hosted fonts or icons. Typefaces and technology marks are served from this domain, so opening a page does not tell any other company that you did.
  • No fingerprinting. We do not attempt to identify you across visits by any means.

The only personal data this site can receive is what you type into the contact form and send.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no cookies. It writes nothing to local storage or session storage. That is why you have not been shown a consent banner: there is nothing to consent to. A banner that appears when no tracking exists is theatre, and we would rather not perform it.

If that ever changes — if an analytics provider or a marketing tool is added — this notice will be updated first, consent will be requested before anything loads, and the effective date at the top of this page will change.

The contact form

When you submit the form on the contact section, this happens:

  1. Your name, work email, the interest category you selected, and any message you wrote are sent from your browser to a form-delivery service, which emails them to info@cloudadorn.com.
  2. A Cloudadorn consultant reads the email and replies to you.
  3. That is the end of it. Your details are not added to a mailing list, not enriched against a data broker, not sold, and not shared with anyone outside Cloudadorn.

The form-delivery service acts as a processor for that transmission and will necessarily see the contents of your message and your IP address as part of delivering it. If you would rather not involve a third party at all, email info@cloudadorn.com directly or call us — you will reach exactly the same people.

The form includes a hidden field that only automated submitters fill in. If it is filled in, the message is discarded. No CAPTCHA is used, so there is no third-party challenge service in the path either.

Why we are allowed to hold it

You gave it to us in order to be contacted about a possible engagement. In GDPR terms this is your consent, together with our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries; in US terms it is data you knowingly provided for the stated purpose. We use it for that purpose and no other.

How long we keep it

Enquiry emails live in our business inbox. Where a conversation does not lead anywhere, we delete the correspondence within 24 months. Where it becomes an engagement, the relevant records are kept for the duration of the contract and for as long as afterwards as tax and legal obligations require.

Your rights

Depending on where you live you may have the right to ask what we hold about you, to have it corrected, to have it deleted, to object to our use of it, or to receive a copy. We extend all of these to anyone who asks, regardless of where they live, because drawing a line by jurisdiction on a business enquiry inbox would be absurd.

To exercise any of them, email info@cloudadorn.com. We will respond within 30 days. We may ask you to confirm the email address the request relates to, since it is usually the only identifier we hold.

Changes to this notice

If we change how the site handles personal data, we will update this page and change the effective date at the top. Material changes — in particular the introduction of any tracking — will be reflected here before the change goes live, not after.

Reviewing us as a vendor rather than as a visitor? The security and engagement page covers access, data handling and the documents your review will need.
